3. How do I make it stop?
Lifestyle changes can be made to regulate your cycle, for example you can take on a more moderate workout routine, as well as stabilise and maintain your weight. Taking steps to make sure that you can manage stress will also be very helpful too, such as practicing meditation or finding an activity that helps you relax and forget about the stressors in your life.
