I do not think your choice of beverage will affect much! Perhaps a possible reason for you switching to coffee instead could signal that you’re experiencing higher levels of stress? That could affect your menstrual cycle too!

Jasmine tea is considered a green tea while pu-er is considered a red / black tea! So it’s better to steer clear from them, and opt for non-caffeinated teas instead!

I took oolong tea on my period and my normally terrible cramps became tearrribble!!!. I wondered what I could have taken to make it so much worse. I wanted to cease to exist. the pain is indescribable. I was getting contractions like I was in labour. Infact i stumbled on this site during my research about oolong tea and its effects during ones period. Summary..oolong tea is wonderful. Ive bn taking it to loose weoght and it does work,With no side effects that ive noticed. However…DO NOT TAKE OOLONG TEA ON YOUR PERIOD.
