20 Events in Singapore You Should Attend in November 2017
As someone who is always restless, I am always on the go and excited for new things to do and new places to explore. Having been back in Singapore permanently for only five years, I like to spend my weekends with my friends or family either shopping, or dining on (cheap but) delicious food. About The Chicken Little Musical
Chicken Little is a little chick who is fearful of everything. When something falls on her head, she thinks that the sky is falling. This musical is about Chicken Little’s adventure to report to the king, and how she makes lifelong friends, such as Cocky Locky and brave Turkey Lurkey along the way.

About The Sound of Music Musical “The hills are alive, with the sound of music!” Did anyone else grow up watching the Sound of Music too? I can never forget that goodbye song! This is one musical that I’ll definitely attend. The original 1959 Broadway production had won six Tony Awards. It is suitable for all ages – best for family outings!

The 21st German Film Festival happens over two weeks from 2 – 12 November. There will be more than 30 films that gives insight into contemporary life in Germany and Europa. It’s Christmas soon, and as much as I love the smiles on my loved ones faces when they receive my presents, it can be mind-wrecking to think of gifts that are original yet fancy. The General Company is a craft boutique or what I’ll call a fancy DIY store for adults. They provide classes from leather-crafting to terrarium-making, floral arrangement and woodworking. For November, you can find classes like Leathercraft 101, Moss Terrarium 101 and Jewellery Workshop.

4 November – Panic in the Park
About Panic in the Park
Panic in the Park is Singapore’s first Halloween run in a water park. As a survivor, you need to run to safe zones and protect yourself from the undeads. There is a safe zone that you can hide with the other survivors while you figure out a solution to close the Gate of Hell.

Singapore’s largest mass cycling event is held this year at the Singapore Sports Hub. As a cycling enthusiast, this is the best excuse for riding as fast as I can on closed roads. There are also activities for families, such as bubble-blowing machines or Cycle Cook-Off held by Singapore Sports Institute.

About Somewhere Between Here and Nowhere Somewhere Between Here and Nowhere is a paper installation by Lee Rui Xiang. Since graduating from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 2012, he showcased his works in many exhibitions, and even participated in the 1st Macao Printmaking Triennial in 2012. This exhibition features a series of linocut prints juxtaposing popular culture icons.
